Meet Customer Requirements
Understand and fulfil the stated and implied requirements of every customer, delivering equipment and services that perform to specification on time and within agreed commercial terms.
Maintain OEM & API Standards
Source, inspect and supply only OEM-quality or API-compliant equipment from approved manufacturers including Cameron, Hydril and Shaffer, supported by full traceability documentation.
Continual Improvement
Systematically monitor quality performance through internal audits, management reviews and customer feedback, and use the findings to drive measurable improvements in our processes and services.
Competent and Trained Personnel
Ensure that all personnel involved in equipment handling, inspection, repair and customer service are appropriately trained, qualified and aware of their contribution to quality outcomes.
Supplier and Subcontractor Control
Evaluate and monitor approved suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that purchased products and outsourced services conform to specified requirements before reaching our customers.
Regulatory and Statutory Compliance
Comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory and industry requirements in the UAE, Iraq and all other jurisdictions in which DDIE operates, including JAFZA and IADC guidelines.

DDIE's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 by an accredited third-party certification body. The system is subject to regular internal audits and annual external surveillance audits to maintain certification and drive continuous improvement.
- Management Responsibility
The DDIE Board and Senior Management Team are personally committed to the implementation and continual improvement of this Quality Policy. Quality objectives are reviewed at each Management Review meeting and cascaded to all departments. Every employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is empowered to raise non-conformances and suggest improvements through our documented corrective action process.
