In Q2 and Q3 2023 Revalca – DDIE has been upgrading & purchasing new equipment to meet the demands of customers, including new power tongs and handling tools. Spares & consumables are bought on regular basis depending on the usage.
Recently Revalca – DDIE have bought brand new 14” Power tong with integral back compatible with WinCATT Torque Turn systems, with Torque capacity of 50,000 ft/lb. This will be an essential equipment for running premium threads & high torque Casing & liners with more efficiency.
Revalca – DDIE have also added 3 Single Power tongs for 14” size with Torque Capacity of 35,000 ft/lbs and 75,000 ft/lbs.
In Q3 all the CRTI equipment have been disassembled and cleaned up, O-Rings and seals checked, and full inspections carried out by certified third party providers. Power Tools and handling equipment were serviced and checked. Power units checked for engine oils and hydraulics, Supply hoses & connections checked.
