GATE VALVE – MANUAL

Gate valves are primarily designed to start or stop flow, and when a straight-line flow of fluid and minimum flow restriction are needed. In service, these valves generally are either fully open or fully closed. The Gate in a Gate valve is completely removed when the valve is fully open; the Gate is fully drawn up into the valve Bonnet. This leaves an opening for flow through the valve at the same inside diameter as the pipe system in which the valve is installed. A Gate valve can be used for a wide range of liquids and provides a tight seal when closed.

Manual Gate Valves suitable for well testing, high pressure drilling and production accompanied with sour gas or / and sand. These gate valves are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API 6A. Reasonable price and low cost of spares make them the most cost effective valve on the market.

Features

Stem position indicator of non-rising stem valve is convenient for management.

Designed, manufactured and tested in Accordance with API Spec. 6A.

Integrally forged body

The sealing surface of the gate are sprayed by carbide alloy at high velocity and seats are made of carbide alloy to enhance wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life

Gate to seat, seat to body, bonnet seal and stem backseat are metal to metal sealing

Both thrust bearings with large load capacity and composite rubber-plastic stem lip packing reduces operating torque

CHECK VALVES

Check valves are unidirectional and usually installed in high pressure pipelines for preventing fluid flowing back in well service operation, their retainer plates will automatically close if fluid is pushed back.

Sour gas service are available

Features

Forged of high strength alloy steel

The retainer plate inside sulfurized with Buna-N has a good sealing effect and a longer service life under high pressure

BALL VALVES

A ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control flow through it. It is open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve’s status.

Ball valves are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse. These qualities make them an excellent choice for shutoff and control applications, where they are often preferred to gates and globe valves, but they lack their fine control in throttling applications.

Ball valves are trusted in the petroleum industry as they combine the strength of forged components with a lightweight and compact spherical design. Fully welded design ball valves satisfy ASME/ANSI 150 through 2500 (PN 20 through PN 420) and API 2000 through 10,000 standards. Made of forged steel to assure uniform fine grain structure and toughness, they may be specified in sizes from 2 in. to 56 in. (50 mm to 1400 mm).  Ball valves are engineered for heavy duty, maintenance free performance, the fully welded ball valve is commonly selected for a number of applications
